- How long until my order arrives?
- It’s hard to wait! It should be by you within 3-5 days. We also offer expedited shipping should you need it.
- Only part of my order was delivered! What happened?
- Don’t worry! We sometimes ship the orders in multiple shipments. We have warehouses across the country and in order to get it to you as fast as possible it may ship from different warehouses.
- Can I return something?
- Yes! No questions asked. Within 30 days of your purchase, reach out to our customer support team and they’ll get you started.

- Do you charge for shipping?
- Yes we do. Here is the fee structure:
- Standard: $9.99
- 3 Day delivery: $18.26
- 2 day delivery: $35
- Next day delivery: $56
- Can I buy directly from you? Is there a minimum order amount?
- Yes, you can buy direct. And you can buy as much or as little as you’d like.

- No. We don’t have a storefront, but your order will conveniently arrive to your doorstep.
