Its unique construction allows for high absorbancy, high wet tensile strength with sustained antimicrobial efficacy
Melgisorb Ag is able to manage high volumes of exudate
The fibers forms a soft gel, which creates a moist environment and promotes wound healing
The high strength fibers also allow for one piece removal
Sustained silver release for up to 14 days
